FYZICAL Platform Services includes: HIPAA-compliant cloud-based data management; new software point releases; remote training, technical and clinical support, online updates; and new assessment and rehab modules excluding those that introduce new intellectual property or require new hardware.

Billing terms: Automatically renew until canceled
Billing summary:  Starts 6 months after purchase, billed monthly until canceled

Terms

• Warranty: Each UprightVR system includes a comprehensive three (3)-year warranty covering hardware defects and system performance under normal use.
• Deployment & Training: Remote onboarding and training are included. On-site services, if requested, may be quoted separately.
• Support: Technical and clinical support is provided during standard business hours, with escalation procedures available as needed.
• Sales Tax: Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax. Tax will be calculated based on your location and included on the final invoice after signing. If tax is not collected, the purchaser may be responsible for applicable use tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
• Licensing: Use of the UprightVR system is governed by UprightVR’s Product and Services Licensing Agreement.
